  • Undertake Risk & Opportunity analysis across all your Portco’s ESG projects, to manage risk mitigations and cost impacts on project deliverables and overall project performance.
  • Allocation risk activity to owners and with planned actions required and completion dates
  • Manage Portco’s annual / monthly budgetary ESG spent to analyse ROI performance across all projects, initiatives and impact performance.

Governance Reviews & Compliance Audit Manager

  • See real time views & audits of all Governance, RACI Approvals & Reviews needed to be signed off prior to close Stage Gateways
  • Enables centralised authority and governance across all your service processes, policies & procedures in a streamlined and efficient way.
  • Delivers centralised consistency in process using automation works across the entire client portfolio which enables scale and pace across organisational operations.

Policies & Compliance Disclosure Manager
• Establish centralised processes, policies & procedures across the entire organisation and wider ecosystem, BU’s & stakeholders.
