As we continue to expand our customers and global footprint, we are seeking highly motivated, tech-savvy sustainability graduates to train as ESG Specialists and join our dynamic team based in London.

Position Overview
As a Graduate ESG Specialist, you will be a vital bridge between our organisation and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver our built-in ESG solutions that take our customers along their own individual ESG Journey at a pace they are comfortable and are able to maintain. Of course, before start engaging with customers, we will provide you comprehensive training on our technology platform and how to use our ESG implementation tools, process, and procedures.

You will provide our existing and new customers with our ESG implementation service alongside our platform as an integrated solution and ensure their satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact for your assigned customers, and by understanding their unique needs will provide our pre-defined array of solutions, and actively work alongside customers to drive their ESG journey forward. By managing and nurturing customer relationships, you will also contribute to both customer retention and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Super admin responsibilities within myConsole ESG technology platform, including set up and customisation for customers.
  • Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on myConsole best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
  • Work with the development team to enhance the product and ultimately help customers in achieving their goals and success.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services, ensuring retention.
  • Manage the complete customer post-sales lifecycle, working with them to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators; then aiding the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement (mainly via online meetings but will include on-site meetings, when possible) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct workshops and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
  • Advocate customer needs and escalate customer issues inter-departmentally.
  • Proactively spot and correct any issues with the support team that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
  • Recognise a pattern of behaviour or product roll-out that prevents the customer's success.
  • Contribute to continue developing customer success assets and methods, and work with the Marketing Team to create new or refine existing onboarding materials.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and ESG reporting standards to offer informed consulting advice and demonstrate expertise during client interactions.

Qualification

  • Educated to a degree level in sustainability studies, environmental science, sustainable business/management, or a related field.
  • You must have a long-term permit to work in the UK.
