"We do have a lot systems and tools duplicating bid and project data. People currently fill out same information multiple times into a variety of systems, mainly excel sheets."

myConsole will replace the majority (if not all) of your other systems and spreadsheets as single data entry platform. It will avoid all possible duplication in the future and encourage people to avoid keeping critical data in their emails, heads and in note books which is a business risk. Yes, myConsole can track your entire pipeline across all your workflow stages and capture feedback. It has a built in CRM so your contacts can be stored and managed as well. Data sets can be imported which we will do as part of the set up

" I want to see details of names / addresses for each client and who worked on each past and current project. Also which of our people who know which client and consultant contact and who in our company has worked on which past projects"

This is not a report at the moment but it is something we do wish to build in, so we will work with you to ensure we deliver this to match your exact requirements. There will no additional fee to deliver this as we were hoping a client would request it. Also the system has been optimised for smart phones and tablets so this information is fully accessible via Wi-Fi whilst out and about at say a networking meeting. You will also see what action any one of our team we have with a client or consultant contact to speed up relationship building and improve work winning.

"We do not have a single collaboration or knowledge sharing tool that all people can use to capture information and insights- we recognise a need for people to use one as it will promote collaboration"

We provide the ability to capture and share information and knowledge enabling people to work collaboratively across all bids projects and every business initiatives. This ensures the wider involvement of BD, marketing, estimators and business improvement people working collectively together. We additionally provide a chat box ( like a business What's App) for the bid team to quickly and easily communicate on each bid and project .

"We will need to use myConsole in our pipeline management meeting in place of our excel pipeline as this will help get traction, and we need to be able to allocate individual actions and next steps activities 9 , 12 months ahead"

The easy to use tab's means meetings can take place with your team so every person can simultaneously discuss progress and add their own updates and actions in real time without necessarily having to be in the room. Very easy for a leadership individual to allocate future actions and make progress updates as it automatically updates immediately. This is a very valuable and useful feature. Users then see immediately their activities on their own personalise dashboard.

"Can we scale back the system to just to what we want and show each individual user and also train them on how to use it,
Also we would need to update the dropdowns to what we want to see".

Yes we amend dropdowns and you can show users only what management want to share. It was explained that this can be done by your own Admin people using the easy to use control panel which provides an admin user to do all this exactly as required. Also there is built in training videos for each tab and module, as well as 2min training videos and prompts for every BD scenario. Your company can also add an unlimited amount of their own training, checklists and prompts so all accessible in one system.

"myConsole seems to do more than we need of it at the moment "

It was demonstrated that sections can be turned off and on at will so you can take small steps ensuring that people are not daunted, but that you have room to grow into it.

"How will we roll this out?"

You already have acknowledged that any initiative needs to be driven from the top with a start to finish implementation plan fully mapped out. We will provide a detail implementation plan with assigned actions with aligned myConsole actions to aide implementation.

"We have no awareness of how much time we spend on each bid"

Whilst we are not a content manager we do provide the ability for you to manage bid your content Q&A's in our in built submission manager.. It will host content and manage bid development and even direct visits actual ITT and PQQ docs via hyper links.

"There is a lot of wasted time spent on chasing up people for question responses and also people don't know why we ask it and what we do with the information we ask of them as this would motivate them."

Our submission manager allows you to allocate specific questions to individual's and chase and monitor progress of responses. The tool also provides a guidance text block so people can see exactly how we want the response submitted.

"We want to improve our bid management capability"

There is an in built bid mentor which facilities win plans using allocated responsibilities to bid team members.
