We provide behavioural workflow productivity software for the construction industry, dealing with Main Contractors, Architects and Consultants. It is a start-up company which is going through its first growth phase. Currently based in Borough High Street London, but opening a new office in St Albans, next to the station

Current Roles Available

Business Development Executive - managing the pipeline of opportunities, understanding prospects requirements, following up on leads, driving demonstrations
Marketing Assistant - dealing with web site, campaigns, events, PR, social media. Database management and both myConsole and Client analytics
Client & Product Support - working with the IT team in India to improve and refine the software, with direct contact with the clients to understand requests and train them on the features and functions of myConsole as well as supporting them on their daily support issues


Business Development Executive
Working with the sales, marketing and operations team to improve the chances of lead conversion through identification of high potential prospects, management of leads, effective management of the pipeline to meet target requirements, encouraging prospects to book a free demo, support the demo to conversion stage. Initially working with UK prospects, but can progress to international sales support. Reports to the COO.
£24,000 pa, Plus Bonus

Candidate Requirements
• Ideally a recent Graduate, but other experience will be considered
• Interest in Construction / Architecture
• Interest in Software
• Good communication skills written and verbal
• Must be able to call warm leads and communicate the benefits of a free demonstration
• Good IT skills. CRM database management an advantage
• Great customer service ethic
• Great attention to detail

Client & Product Support Manager
Client & Product Support dealing with clients and our software development team to fix faults and develop enhancements, to train clients on software features and functionality and to support client data management. Reports to COO.

Salary to be reviewed after 6 months
Candidate Requirements
• Interest in Construction / Architecture
• Interest in Software
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel. SQL an advantage
• Good communication skills written and verbal
• Great customer service ethic
• Great attention to detail

Marketing Assistant
Dealing with all aspects of web site development and management, PR, social media, campaigns, events, database management, data analytics. Reports to COO.

Salary to be reviewed after 6 months

• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong IT and project management skills
